Kundalini Yoga (Open Level)
Kundalini Yoga is an ancient form of yoga that had long been held in secrecy and had not been taught to the public. But Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D felt that everyone should have the opportunity to partake of its wonderful benefits, so in 1969 he introduced it to a broader population.

Kundalini Yoga is a highly evolved technology based on a thorough understanding of the ecology of the human body. Breath, posture, motion and sound are employed in various ways to create optimum balance among all the body's components.

Kundalini Yoga classes consist of asanas, pranayama, mudras, meditation, and chanted mantras. What mostly sets Kundalini Yoga apart from Hatha Yoga is its emphasis on stimulating and maintaining energy with rapid, repetitive movements or holding a pose while breathing in a particular way.

Sat Kaur leads us in a gentle yet energizing and devotional practice that is both therapeutic and transforming.
